We hear a lot about taking care of your health with diet and exercise. But what about taking care of your skin? Getting smart about skin care can start with a visit to a professional skincare provider.

The first 25 years of my life I don't think I paid much attention to skincare. But now as I get older and more aware of the sun damage and typical teen acne that I experienced, it has led me to find new ways to try and take better care of my skin. In addition to my regular skincare regimen, I was introduced to Karla Sayler at DermaCare Clinic in Bismarck.

Karla offers a five-step treatment called the HydraFacial, and I got to experience it for myself. The HydraFacial removes dead skin cells and impurities at the same as time it cleanses, hydrates and moisturizes the skin. And it is very hydrating and plumping. As Karla was sucking my pores clean of debris, believe me, there it was collecting before my eyes, I could feel my skin tingling and warming.

As each step was carefully administered and benefits to my skin were explained, I closed my eyes and envisioned my new and improved skin. I relaxed under Karla's expert touch and enjoyed the attention given to every part of my face.

In the end I was slightly red and obviously plumped full of moisture to replenish areas that badly needed some extra care. I immediately noticed a change in the surface of my skin and the size of my pores. Days after I still feel the benefits of this rejuvenating treatment. I think I'm hooked and ready to repair the damaged skin of my youth.

Find Karla Sayler located at the DermaCare Clinic on East Main in Bismarck for your new skin.
